Elcho Priory was a Cistercian Priory four miles south-east of Perth, Scotland founded in the 13th century. In October 1346, Ranald mac Ruari was assassinated along with eight of his men at Elcho Nunnery as the result of a quarrel with Uilleam III, Earl of Ross.
